Company FM Settings Overview

The Company FM Settings page provides your organization with a central location to define the settings that configure the high-level processes in the Financial Management application. System Settings are the first step to configuring the software to match your organization's processes—in some cases, to help you see only what you need to see; in other cases, to see steps in the order you need to see them; and in many cases, to provide default values that streamline entry for your users.

To access the Company FM Settings page, go to Maintenance > Financial Management > Company FM Settings.

The page contains the following tabs to organize the information:

Budget Validation

Annual Budget Settings

Annual Budget Levels

Procurement

Accounts Payable

Miscellaneous Billing

Asset Management

Grants

Inventory Control

Bank Reconciliation

Work Orders

Special Assessments

Counters

When working on Company FM Settings, you can move among the tabs without saving the information. When you are finished working on the last tab you need to define, click Save to retain the information for all of the tabs. To print a listing of all FM system settings, click Print. The Company FM Settings Listing is sent to myReports.
